Yesterday, Donald Trump posted a very classy tribute video to Mother Teresa on her canonization day.

In contrast, Hillary’s surrogate newspaper, the Washington Post, took the occasion of Mother Teresa’s canonization to publish a disgusting attack piece against the Catholic Saint:

In India, where Teresa carried out the majority of her work, that legacy was called into question last year, when the head of the Hindu nationalist group Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) sparked outrage by criticizing her intentions.

“It’s good to work for a cause with selfless intentions. But Mother Teresa’s work had ulterior motive, which was to convert the person who was being served to Christianity,” RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said at the opening of an orphanage in Rajasthan state in February 2015, the Times of India reported. “In the name of service, religious conversions were made. This was followed by other institutes, too.”

Wow! Imagine people being converted to the religion of Christ by seeing Christ in Mother Teresa and her order. Who would have thought? But it gets worse. WaPo then stooped to repeating the fraudulent charges against the saint by atheist provocateur Christopher Hitchens. Why? Because, of course, Mother Teresa was unapologetically pro-life. Plus, she brings back bad memories for Hillary Clinton.  For the saint spoke the truth about abortion in front of the former first lady and her husband Bill at the National Prayer Breakfast in 1994:

As Lifesite News recalls:

But I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child, a direct killing of the innocent child, murder by the mother herself.

And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love and we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts. Jesus gave even His life to love us. So, the mother who is thinking of abortion, should be helped to love, that is, to give until it hurts her plans, or her free time, to respect the life of her child. The father of that child, whoever he is, must also give until it hurts.

By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems.

And, by abortion, the father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. That father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion.

Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching its people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. This is why the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion.

“I was not there, but author and Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan was. Here’s what she later wrote:”

Well, silence. Cool deep silence in the cool round cavern for just about 1.3 seconds. And then applause started on the right hand side of the room, and spread, and deepened, and now the room was swept with people applauding, and they would not stop for what I believe was five or six minutes. As they clapped they began to stand, in another wave from the right of the room to the center and the left.

But not everyone applauded. The president and first lady, seated within a few feet of Mother Teresa on the dais, were not applauding. Nor were the vice president and Mrs. Gore. They looked like seated statues at Madame Tussaud’s. They glistened in the lights and moved not a muscle, looking at the speaker in a determinedly semi-pleasant way.

Pretty embarrassing and precisely why the left will never forgive Mother Teresa. Because she had the courage to preach the truth about the sanctity of innocent life to the most powerful man in the world and his premiere feminist wife on the world stage. For this she must be attacked by the left’s lap dogs as they hurl every possible untruth at her to besmirch her character. And if the left will do this to a woman who gave her entire life to care for  the poorest of of the poor, what do you think they will do to Donald Trump? Though Trump is far from a saint, we have exposed the countless media lies against Trump in this election season in order to promote their anti-christian, pro-abortion agenda including the media lie that Trump mocked a reporter’s disability. Don’t believe it.

For any Catholic considering voting for Hillary Clinton, ask yourself what kind of person’s closest supporters will visciously trash a Catholic saint just to see her win the White House? Has she called out the Washington Post, Salon, Slate, and her other lap dogs for the sucker punching of Mother Teresa on her canonization? Has she made a video congratulating her? Or has she taken the Catholic vote for granted, assuming she’s pulled the wool over our eyes.

Don’t forget, Hillary thinks that Mother Teresa’s religious beliefs about abortion, and therefore all Catholics,  should be changed:

Don’t be fooled. Vote for the  things Mother Teresa stood for. Vote for life and freedom for Christianity in November. Vote Trump.
